The Navigr8 watch app cannot broadcast directly to the cycling computer, because Apple Watch doesn't have the capability to broadcast as a Bluetooth peripheral, but the iPhone does. So Navigr8 first transmits your HR from your watch to your phone and then broadcasts it from your phone to the head unit. It works really well!
