Go to the nether and get some blaze rods. Make baze powder and craft with the pearls. But they only point about 10 blocks. So don't throw again until you are like 500 blocks in that direction. I lost all my eye of ender in the space of like 100 blocks kept stopping and throwing them and walking a straight line. Doyy haha.
End gateway portal breaking trick wont work. I am trying to build a wither rose farm but i cant break the end gateway with the same trick everyone else uses (red mushroom exploit). Am I doing something wrong? i placed 3 dirt blocks each towards the same direction both at the top and bottom of bedrock. i placed the red mushroom and bonemealed it.

The bug. Ender dragon and exit portal do not spawn when entering the end for the first time in version 18w43a. However, this is not the case of your render distance is set to 11 or above, the ender dragon and exit portal will spawn upon being close to x=0 z=0. Bring an animal to the end, put a lead on it, and then lead it into the end portal. When you get back, it should have dropped two leads. Sometimes one of the leads ends up in the end, so make sure to check there. It may not always be in the end, though. This also works when bringing animals into the nether. Hi, me and my frriend have been desperatley trying to get the end portal frames to work, as suggested in the quest book. We unlocked all quests, tried it out in SP, nothing worked. It does work via Ad Astra but we are still curious on why its not working using the most obvious way on getting there, any thoughts or help is appreciated. Cheers!
