She is the eighth Blacklist racer and drives a white Ford Mustang GT with a unique vinyl pattern featuring red multi-stripes as well as her name "jade" written on the side. At the end of the storyline, Jewels and the rest of the Blacklist are arrested by the Rockport Police Department. The

After the player has defeated the Shadow Rank 2 and once the player completes the last qualifying race of Shadow 1, the boss race unlocks.
